Restrictions have been created on email domains for VMI Portal users sign up process. This is a security update to ensure that only valid customer accounts can be created. To ensure control over this domain list a whitelist and blacklist have been created.
New customers may require their email domain adding to the whitelist to be able to create accounts. The blacklist is currently public email account domains, such as but not limited to, outlook, gmail, hotmail, etc. Blacklisted domains cannot be added to the whitelist.
Users trying to sign up for accounts using domains not on the whitelist will receive the below message:

Similar restrictions have been added to Rubix internal accounts to ensure SSO is used and Entra validation is used. Rubix users trying to sign up to B2C using their Rubix email will now receive the below message:
